Moss and lichen

They are slower than mildew and harder on a roof if someone tries to scrape them with pressure.

On a roof

Moss holds water. The treatment is a soft wash, not a shovel and not a surface cleaner. Granules stay on the shingle.

Lichen on brick is killed and then given time. Some of the color leaves over later rains, not in the first hour.

Deep pits under a moss clump are already damaged. Cleaning does not fill them.

The price is agreed before the hose comes off the reel.
