Is this the final price?
It’s my estimate for your place. I confirm it after a quick look or a couple of photos, and it never goes up without your OK. The price is agreed before any work starts.
How is it worked out?
From your answers about the house, the work you check, how far you are from LaGrange, and public Census figures for your neighborhood. If something is off, change your answers and the price updates.
Do you charge more if it’s really dirty?
No. Dirt, mildew and algae are never extra, however long it has been. Red clay, rust and oil stains are different: each one is its own treatment, so the stain choices are priced on their own lines.
What happens to my address?
It goes to the U.S. Census Bureau’s free address service to measure the drive and find your neighborhood. It’s kept for a few hours so you can change your answers, then deleted. Your name and number only come to me if you press Send.
Can I send photos instead?
Yes. Photos are the fastest way for me to confirm a price. You can add them when you send your price to me, or use the photo quote form.
Do you price businesses and churches here?
No. A business, church or HOA gets a walk-through first, so use the commercial page and I’ll come look.
