How it is priced
A normal house is priced by the surfaces and the access, not by the hour and not by piling on extra because the mildew looks dramatic. If a wash would waste the money, he says so.
What a quote is not
An email or a phone call is not a confirmed booking. Scope and timing are agreed first. The photo form on this site sends your photos and number straight to Alton. It does not file a ticket with a call center, because there is not one.
