Ladders versus a lift
A ladder is the right tool until it is not. Past that, the lift is part of the job.
The line
One-story soffits and most two-story walls can be washed from the ground with the right wand. Gables, entries, and any elevation where a ladder is a stunt go on a rented boom or scissor lift.
One vendor
Alton rents the lift and does the wash. You do not coordinate a rental yard and a washer and hope both show up. The lift needs a place to stand: a drive, a pad, and room to swing.
What it costs
The lift is in the price when the building needs it. It is not a surprise line item invented in the driveway. If the site cannot take a lift, the scope changes before the day is booked.
