Rentals between tenants

The outside is what the next tenant sees from the driveway, and it is the part that can be done in a morning.

The usual scope

Entry, walks, the lower siding, and whatever stain the last grill or the last dog left on the pad. Interior turns are not this service.

A sweep, a screen, and a gutter that is packed from fall fit the same visit. They are quoted, not assumed.

Management companies can send photos. A tall or odd building still gets a look before a lift is priced.

The price is agreed before the hose comes off the reel.
