What the insurance is for
Southern Style Soft Wash LLC carries commercial insurance and general liability for the work it actually does: soft washing, pressure washing where the surface can take it, and small exterior fixes agreed ahead of time.
What it is not
It is not a plumbing license, an electrical license, or a building permit pulled for a remodel. Georgia licenses those trades separately. This visit does not borrow them.
How to use that
Ask any washer who is coming, what the mix is, and what they will not touch. A badge on a homepage does not answer those three questions.
