Gutters, downspouts, and the foundation
A lot of 'foundation problems' start as a downspout that ends two inches from the wall.
What we can see
Overflow stripes, a disconnected elbow, a gutter pulling off the fascia, and water standing at the base.
What we can do
Clean the trough, reattach a downspout, add a short extension and a splash block, and replace a spot of rotten fascia if it is truly a spot.
What we will not claim
An extension is not waterproofing and not a French drain. If the grade holds water against the house, a washer cannot regrade the yard.
