Getting a downspout off the foundation
A lot of stained foundations start as a downspout that ends against the wall.
The small fix
Reattach an elbow that has come off, add a short extension, and set a splash block so roof water does not dump at the footing. The gutter is cleaned if it is overflowing onto that same wall.
The limit
An extension is not a French drain and not waterproofing. If the grade holds water against the house, washing the stain and moving the spout does not regrade the yard.
The stripe
The tiger stripe on the siding can be cleaned in the same visit. If the spout still dumps there, the stripe is on a schedule.
