What licensed and insured means here
Commercial insurance and general liability cover the wash and the small fixes that were agreed. They are not a plumber's license.
Southern Style Soft Wash LLC is Alton Johns in LaGrange. The company carries commercial insurance and general liability. You are talking to the owner, not a call center.
That coverage is for the washing and for the small exterior repairs I agree to in writing on the visit. It is not a license to pull a pump, open a panel, or move a wall.
If the job needs a plumber or an electrician, I will say that on the phone. Hiring a washer for that work does not make it legal, and it does not make it insured.
