Storefront cleaning
The front your customers see on the way in. The facade, the entry, the walk, and the awning over it.
When I do it
At hours the shop can live with. Usually that means early, before you open, so nobody walks through a wet entry. If the walk is shared with the shop next door, tell me and we will plan around it.
How I clean it
The facade gets soft washed for mildew, pollen and road film. The walk and the entry get pretreated and surface cleaned if the concrete is sound. Gum leaves a shadow even after it is lifted. Glass gets rinsed clean if it is in the scope, not left spotted. Fabric awnings get a soft wash and a rinse; metal awnings get washed like other coated metal.
What it is not
Interior floors and a weekly window route are not this service. A dry-rotted awning or a broken frame won't survive a wash that pretends it is new; I'll call that out before I start.
How often
Some fronts need it every few months; some once a year. If you want a repeat, ask for it on the commercial form and we'll talk once I've seen the front. It is a request, not an automatic booking.
Who you deal with
Me. Same family business, same phone as the houses. I look at the photos and call you back myself.
Getting a price
A photo of the whole front from across the street and a close-up of the worst part of the walk is usually enough.
