Concrete and hardscape
Garage floor cleaning
Garage slabs degreased and rinsed so the floor can take a coating — or just look finished.
Garages hold oil, leaf trash, and the clay that fell off the car. Coatings fail when they go down on a dirty slab.
Degreaser, agitation, surface cleaner, and a plan for the water — it has to leave the garage without flooding the house or a neighbor’s yard.

Included
- Open floor area
- Degrease of parking spots
- Edge work along the wall
- Door track rinsed if it is in the way
How it is quoted
Quoted by bay count and how heavy the oil is.
We do not apply epoxy in this service. Etching for a coating is only done when you ask for it and the slab can take it.
