Based in LaGrange. Priority response in LaGrange, Newnan, and Valley. Every town below has its own page, and every service has a page inside that town.
Troup County
Troup County is home base. The crew works LaGrange first, then Hogansville and West Point — houses, churches, storefronts, and the lake places that sit quiet during the week.
Coweta County
Coweta is where a lot of the larger, newer houses are. Newnan, Senoia, Sharpsburg, and the smaller towns around them get quoted by the property, not by a coupon.
Harris County
Harris County is pine shade, longer drives, and houses that have to look ready when the owners arrive. Pine Mountain, Hamilton, Waverly Hall, and Ellerslie are all on the route.
Meriwether County
Meriwether runs quieter than the interstate towns. Greenville, Warm Springs, Manchester, Woodbury, and Luthersville — practical houses and a few that are watched more closely than their size suggests.
Heard County
Heard County is Franklin and the land around it. Fewer neighborhoods, more property. We come for the house, the shop pad, and the short list of repairs that are easier to finish while we are already there.
Chambers County
Chambers County is the Alabama side of the work: Valley, Lanett, and LaFayette, with West Point Lake tying it to the Georgia shore. Same crew, same standard.
Fayette County
Fayette is north of the original route and worth the drive: Peachtree City, Tyrone, and Brooks. Larger houses, stricter streets, and owners who already know a cheap wash when they see one.
Muscogee County
Columbus is the south end of the work, just beyond Harris County. Historic houses, hotels, warehouses, and anything tall enough that Alton rents a lift instead of guessing from the sidewalk.
