Concrete and hardscape
Concrete sealing
A sealer on clean concrete so clay and water stop soaking straight into the slab.
A driveway that was just cleaned will drink the next muddy rain unless it is sealed. Sealing a dirty slab locks the stain in.
Clean first, dry window next, then a sealer suited to exterior concrete in this climate. We schedule around rain. The look โ invisible versus a slight sheen โ is chosen before we open a pail.

Included
- Sealer on the quoted slab after it is clean and dry
- Cut-in at edges
- Cure-time instructions before you park
- A clean that can be bundled in the same project
How it is quoted
Quoted by square foot once we know the concrete is sound enough to take it.
We do not seal over oil, active cracks that need filler, or a slab that is still damp from yesterday.

Questions
How do you quote concrete sealing?
Quoted by square foot once we know the concrete is sound enough to take it.
What should we do before you arrive?
Send photos in daylight, move cars off the work area, and tell us about pets, a pool, or plantings you are particular about. If this is a house call, send the list ahead so we can say half day or full day before we block the calendar.
What will you not take on?
We do not seal over oil, active cracks that need filler, or a slab that is still damp from yesterday.
