Brick and masonry cleaning
Mildew, clay splash, and atmospheric dirt lifted off brick without eating the mortar.
Older LaGrange and Valley brick was not meant to be hit with a turbo nozzle. Mortar joints fail, and a painted brick house can lose its paint in stripes.
We test a small area. Organic growth gets a soft wash. Mineral stains and clay may need a masonry cleaner and controlled pressure only after the chemistry has done the work. Painted brick is treated as paint, not as brick.

What should we do before you arrive?
Send photos in daylight, move cars off the work area, and tell us about pets, a pool, or plantings you are particular about. If this is a house call, send the list ahead so we can say half day or full day before we block the calendar.
