Aerial lift soft wash
A rented boom or scissor lift, with Alton on it, for elevations a ladder should not pretend to reach.
Two-story shade, a church elevation, an apartment breezeway, a warehouse eave. Crews either skip it or blast it from the ground and leave stripes. The building still looks unfinished from the street.
Alton rents the lift sized to the building, stages it so plants and parking survive, and soft washes from the basket. Pressure is only used where the surface is flatwork or masonry that can take it. You are hiring the wash, not babysitting a rental.

What should we do before you arrive?
Send photos in daylight, move cars off the work area, and tell us about pets, a pool, or plantings you are particular about. If this is a house call, send the list ahead so we can say half day or full day before we block the calendar.
What will you not take on?
This is not a bare equipment rental. If the site cannot take a lift — grade, power lines, or a surface that would be damaged — the job is declined or re-scoped.
