What gets decided first
Water source, where the rinse goes, hours the site can stand a wet entry, and what cannot get wet. Lifts, after-hours work, and traffic control change the day and the price.
Who is on it
The owner does the work. There is no dispatcher reading a script and a different crew arriving. If the building needs a lift, he is the one on it.
What is out of scope
Interior janitorial, hazardous washout, re-striping a lot, and rebuilding rotten trim are not sneaked into an exterior wash. They can be named. They are not implied.
