What listing photos punish first

The thumbnail is the front walk, the glass, and the driveway. The kitchen is page two.

Agents in Newnan and LaGrange already know this. Buyers scroll. A mildew shadow on the north wall, red clay on a pale drive, and glass that looks like it was rained on in 2019 will cost the click. Interior staging cannot outrun that frame.

The pre-listing visit is sequenced for the camera: public elevations, the drive, the entry walk, front glass, then the small lies — a leaning mailbox, cobwebs on the lantern, a sweep under the door. We want the shoot date. Working the week after the photographer is a different, sadder job.

We will not restage rooms or replant beds. We will leave the shell honest. If the roof streaks will be in the drone shot, say so before you book only the driveway.
