The mix, in plain words

I would rather name the mix than hide it behind a brand. On a house or a roof, soft washing here is diluted sodium hypochlorite and a surfactant, applied at low pressure, then rinsed.
It is not chemical-free. Plants get water before and water after. A failing paint job can look worse when the growth is gone, because the growth was the only thing hiding the paint. A test spot is how we find that out.
Concrete that is sound can take a surface cleaner after the right pretreatment. Brick with soft mortar gets a test, not more pressure. The surface decides the method.
