Post-construction exterior wash in Grantville
Post-construction exterior wash in Grantville, GA is booked for depot-town houses and older commercial brick. Old pours are porous. Clay and mildew sit in the same slab.
New construction in Sharpsburg, Turin, Peachtree City, and north Newnan closes with a film of clay and a driveway that has never been clean.
Drafty doors and full gutters show up first in these houses. House soft wash, flatwork, and the windows on the public side. We flag what is still the builder’s punch instead of quietly owning their mess.
What the visit covers
Interior construction clean and repainting their scope are not included.
